About Me

I am a postdoctoral researcher at UIUC MONET Group supervised by Prof. Klara. Prior to that, I was also a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Hong Kong supervised by Prof. Chuan Wu, and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology supervised by Prof. Bo Li. I also collabrate closely with Prof. Jiangchuan Liu in SFU. I obtained my Ph.D. from the Department of Computer Science and Technology, Tsinghua University, Beijing, China in 2022, advised by Prof. Lifeng Sun. I received my B.E. from the Department of Electronic Engineering, Tsinghua University in 2017.

Research Interests

My research interests mainly include multimedia streaming system optimization, including content delivery, video analytics, and also adaptive video streaming. I focus on investigating real-world video streaming problems and developing algorithms for practical utlization. I am also interested in the optimization for immersive videos (like AR/VR).
